Availability and Delivery

Your Fine Art Print will be printed specifically to order, according to the size you have requested and the dimensions of the original painting. We aim to deliver within 7 to 10 days of receipt of an order. If there is a delay, for whatever reason, we will notify you immediately.

We deliver to Europe: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Eire, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the Channel Islands and the UK.

We deliver to: The USA and Canada

We deliver to the Rest of the World: Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Brazil, Canary Islands Chile, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Japan, Jordan, South Korea, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.

For deliveries within the UK we use 1st Class Royal Mail. Our UK delivery times are quicker than many other art websites because we are UK based.

Postage and packing A4 (210mm x 297mm) size prints £2.00
Postage and packing A3 (297mm x 420mm) size prints £3.00
Postage and packing A3+ (330mm x 480mm) size prints £4.00

If required we can send your order by courier for next day delivery, for an extra £5.00. This is only available to UK locations and excludes off-shore locations.

Duty

Customers receiving goods outside the UK may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it's a matter between you and your local customs agency. You are responsible for any duty owed.

Packaging

Our prints are carefully are packed in a plastic sleeve, then wrapped with extra padding and protective wrap, then surrounded by a cardboard outer sleeve to ensure safe transit. Due to the high quality of our prints we do not dispatch in tubes.

Refund Policy/Order Cancellation

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty or arriving in anything less than perfect condition, please advise us immediately for instructions of return for a free replacement or refund. Please note that any delay in reporting damage caused in transit may affect our ability to refund or replace your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. Please contact us first before returning the item. Once we have received it, we will organise a full refund.

For a full description of your consumer rights under UK Law, please visit the Office of Fair Trading website Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so up to 7 days after placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after receipt you must contact customer services on 0844 586 7661. Mail us for information on how to repack the item. Prints are easily damaged and must be returned in good condition and at the customers cost. If they are carefully repacked there is no reason why they should get damaged, and we will be happy to refund the purchase price in full on receipt of the returned item.

Complaints

If you are not happy with the service we provide, and wish to lodge a complaint, please contact us by phone - 0844 586 7661, E-mail us or write to us at the address below. All complaints will be responded to within 3 working days and resolved in an equitable manner.

Credit Card Security

We take online payments via Nochex - a leading independent UK based secure, online payment company. Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit (Delta) without the need to sign up to a Nochex account. The payment on your credit/card statement will be show up as payment to Nochex and not Orientalist Art.

Any use of the images, including the reproduction, modification, distribution or replication of same, without the prior written permission of the owner of the copyright or their agents is strictly prohibited. Your print will not have the orientalist-art.org.uk watermark on it.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy

Orientalist-art.org.uk collects certain information which is submitted by users of our website. This includes address and contact details submitted during ordering as well as email addresses from joining our mailing list. This information will not be released or shared with third parties (other than to facilitate delivery of your goods).
